Here are my Top 10 Brazilian Jiu Jitsu tips and recommendations for the beginner student & white belt, aimed to help them make the most out of their BJJ classes, stay injury free, and stick with Jiu-Jitsu for the long run, based on my 23 years of experience with this beautiful martial art.
