AT HOME BOXING WORKOUT
At home boxing workout:
Each round is 3 min long and just keep repeating the sets until the rounds done. 3 to 4 rounds and you’ll for sure get a good workout in.
You can even add Squats, Lunges, Jumping Jack’s, Sit Ups etc in between sets.
And if you dont own a pair of boxing gloves you dont need em. Go bare fisted. 👊🏼
