Our workout today is a kickboxing strong workout meaning we will use our bodyweight for the kickboxing exercises working for 40-45 seconds and rest for 15-20 seconds and we will do the same thing for the strength exercises. We will repeat each exercise 2 times before moving on to the next exercise. Stay moving with me and have an amazing workout!
