In this drill, Kru Samir shows us how to kick the opponent without being predictable as to where you are going to kick – low, or high. This drill aims to teach controlling distance using kicks as well as working on the technique that makes kicking unpredictable.

One of the most dangerous applications of this would be throwing 3-4 leg kicks, making your opponent wary of them and then faking a low kick and bringing it up to the head or liver.
